Twenty-two-year-old James, a passionate chef, suffers an unfortunate accident while preparing tomatoes, accidentally injuring his thigh with a knife. Meanwhile, 54-year-old Bernard finds himself in the emergency room after a serious fall that results in a head injury. Additionally, 83-year-old Ruby experiences a troubling episode, collapsing due to intense knee pain. As these events unfold, the bonds of family and friendship are tested and strengthened in unexpected ways.
