While heading to the Southsea funfair, Mr. Bean unexpectedly finds himself in charge of a baby boy, completely clueless about how he ended up with the little one. Determined to enjoy the fair, Bean attempts to have a good time alongside the baby. As the day unfolds, the child endures Bean’s usual string of chaotic adventures before finally being returned to his grateful mother.
