Stephanie teams up with the Coast Guard to dismantle a local arms-smuggling operation and finds herself drawn to warrant officer Scott Daniels. He encourages her to confront her fear of helicopters, which has resurfaced in nightmares about her father’s tragic death in a Vietnam helicopter crash over 25 years ago. As she grapples with her past, Scott’s support becomes vital in helping her face her fears.
