With the beaches shut down by Los Angeles budget commissioners aiming to reduce funding for Baywatch's lifeguard teams, Mitch gathers the crew for a beachside meeting. Alongside three budget officials, they invite several individuals whose lives were saved by the lifeguards. Together, they make a heartfelt plea, hoping to sway the city officials to reconsider their decision and continue supporting the lifeguard program.
