On yearbook photo day, Lizzie, Miranda, and Gordo face their own dilemmas. Lizzie struggles to find the perfect outfit but is forced to wear a "hideous" sweater gifted by her grandmother, much to her dismay. Miranda clashes with Kate when they accidentally wear identical outfits, leading to tension. Gordo feels compelled to adopt a tough persona for his photo, adding to his stress. Meanwhile, Matt, unprepared for a quiz, pretends to be ill to escape it, only to discover that his mom's remedies might be more challenging than the test itself.
