J.D. finds himself in a tricky situation when Carla’s ideal man invites her out, forcing him to conceal the truth. Meanwhile, Carla confronts Turk for his wandering eyes, leading to tension in their relationship. On another front, Elliot faces pressure from both Dr. Cox and Dr. Kelso, who caution her against prescribing medication to a patient they believe is a drug-seeking individual pretending to be in pain. As the characters navigate their respective dilemmas, secrets and trust issues come to the forefront.
