At the same time, Dr. Cox discovers a delicious coffee blend, but his ongoing rivalry with Dr. Kelso leads to the dismissal of the only nurse who can brew it. Meanwhile, Elliot encounters a handsome patient she recognizes immediately, but struggles to find a way to encourage him to ask her out.
