When Dwight is awarded Dunder-Mifflin's Salesman of the Year, he must face his anxiety about speaking in front of an audience. To help him prepare for an important convention speech, he seeks assistance from Michael, who offers his unique approach to overcoming fears. Meanwhile, Pam becomes engrossed in her wedding preparations, while Jim devises a plan to escape Dunder-Mifflin and Scranton, hoping to avoid attending Pam's big day. Amidst all this, the employees engage in a lighthearted feud over the office thermostat settings.
