S1E35 The Tightening Noose

Title: The Tightening Noose Plot: Don Alejandro rallies the landowners to endorse a loyalty pledge to the government, driven by his concerns over escalating civil unrest. He leaves behind a copy at the hacienda while taking the original to the capital to show the governor. Shortly after Alejandro departs, Diego is hit with troubling news: a new administrator has arrived in the pueblo and has declared the de la Vega hacienda as his base of operations.
