Bart hooks a bizarre three-eyed fish while fishing near the Nuclear Power Plant. This discovery prompts an inspection of the facility, leading Mr. Burns to launch a campaign for governor to avoid its closure. Throughout a grueling election battle, Burns transforms from a widely hated figure to a strong contender against the beloved incumbent, Mary Bailey. As the election draws near, it’s arranged for Burns to have dinner with a random employee, and Homer is selected, much to Marge's dismay.
