Voltov, a terrorist organization, abducts microbiologist Rachel Moss and coerces her into developing a lethal bioweapon. Zara and Vincent, who had been keeping tabs on the group's leader, Yuri Mishkin, are forced to step in before the virus can be unleashed—and to rescue Rachel in the process.
