Reporter Caryn Lieberman uncovers the connection between Larry Arnold's murder investigation and the 1997 killing of a 20-year-old woman in North Bay, Ontario, located hundreds of kilometers away. Sarah Whitehead was brutally assaulted and killed as she left a shopping mall. Initially, both cases appeared to be separate enigmas, nearly slipping into obscurity, until DNA evidence from a discarded cigarette butt pointed investigators to the perpetrator. This serial rapist and murderer operated across provincial boundaries, and it’s likely that some of his other crimes remain unresolved to this day.
