Tammy Kingery is struck by an unexplained illness, leaving her confined to bed at home. While her husband and children step out to run some errands, they return to find Tammy missing. All that’s left is a note claiming she went for a walk, yet they live isolated in the woods, and she hasn’t taken any belongings with her. Despite extensive search efforts, there’s no trace of the 37-year-old nurse. Although it appears she had a perfect life with a supportive family, a fulfilling job, and a beautiful home, the investigation uncovers troubling secrets that spark various theories about her disappearance.
