Seventeen-year-old Brittanee Drexel, known for her infectious smile and impressive soccer skills, traveled to Myrtle Beach, S.C., for spring break without her parents' approval or knowledge. On April 25, 2009, just a day before her return, she vanished. Surveillance footage captures her leaving a friend's hotel, and her final message is a text sent to her boyfriend. However, when authorities trace her phone to a remote, swampy region notorious for alligators, her family begins to dread the worst possible outcome.
