Astrid et Raphaëlle S05E04 - The last of the Aztecs

Episode Overview

Philippe Desmond, 65, is discovered dead at his home, a victim of an Aztec-style ritual sacrifice. His heart has been removed and placed in a ceremonial urn. Investigators Raphaëlle and Astrid set out to locate Necalli Cantu, the victim's adopted son, who is living in seclusion in a nearby forest. When questioned, Necalli tells Raphaëlle that his father had unearthed the legendary Eldorado, a fabled South American land rich in gold. He believes that his father was murdered due to this significant discovery.
