Jennifer McKinley, just 28 years old, is found strangled in her bedroom while her little boy sleeps nearby. As Detective Fil Waters investigates the case, he uncovers a troubling link: Jennifer's mother was also murdered twenty-five years ago when Jennifer was just two, and her case remains unsolved.
