In this thrilling conclusion, the journey begins at the Center for Wooden Boats in Seattle, Washington, where the crew embarks on the creation of a "class boat" named the "Clancy." Back in the workshop, Norm meticulously constructs the lightweight vessel using marine veneer mahogany plywood and an epoxy fiberglass system to ensure it's watertight. Once the epoxy is sanded and the final touches of paint and waterproof finish are applied, Norm prepares to test the newly built SS New Yankee 1 and 2. In an exciting finale, Norm and Steve Thomas from This Old House take the Clancy boats out for an exhilarating sail.
