In a heated Pressure Test, Callum, Joanne, Peter, and Skye were tasked with replicating George Calombaris' exquisite oyster terrine. Although Callum's creation was likened to a dog's breakfast in presentation, it surprisingly came the closest to capturing the authentic flavors of George's original dish.
