In her hometown of Detroit, Michigan, Nicole is hard at work on her latest renovation project. The lower unit of a charming 1920s duplex is in dire need of updates, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. Beyond the fire damage, a significant issue arises with a cracked plumbing stack that has led to extensive water damage, leaving the walls fragile and deteriorating.
