After Clark's massacre of 10,000 defenseless refugees, Sheridan prepares for conflict once more. The initial assault is focused on Proxima 3, which is being relentlessly bombarded. Meanwhile, Londo seeks to persuade G'Kar to join in a unified Centauri-Narn declaration backing the war effort against Clark.
