The rogue destroyer "Alexander" docks at Babylon 5, prompting Sheridan to declare the station's break from the Earth Alliance and brace for an impending assault from Clark's forces. At the same time, Delenn is compelled to return to Minbar after the Grey Council declines to respond to the rising threat of Shadow activity.
