Just days before the president's scheduled visit to Babylon 5, an explosion rocks one of the fighter bays. In his final moments, a man points fingers at Garibaldi, which conveniently aligns with the agenda of the head of presidential security, who harbors a personal vendetta against him due to her father's death.
