Furious over Buggy's crew's misdeeds, the mayor of the city charges in to confront Buggy directly. However, the Straw Hat Pirates quickly come to his aid. Zoro takes on Cabaji, even though he's still nursing injuries from his last battle with Buggy. Meanwhile, Luffy squares off against the clown pirate himself, while Nami scours the area for the Grand Line map.
