Episode Overview

As spring arrives, the animals are full of energy and mischief. The first patient on the doctor's agenda is Mateo, the mini-horse, whose hormones are out of control, making him overly eager for the mares. To calm him down, the plan is to perform a castration, but this procedure proves to be more complicated than expected. Meanwhile, Jezebel the cow is struggling to give birth to her calf. Dr. Pol and Charles soon find out she is suffering from milk fever, and if they don't act fast, both mother and baby could be in serious danger.
