A crime syndicate led by attorney Roy Baxter has been shaking down Joe and Mama Ganoulian, the proprietors of a neighborhood eatery, for protection fees. In response, the Ganoulians enlist the help of Lee Staunton, a protector, to liberate them from the clutches of their extortionists.
