Episode Overview

Stan discovers that his boss, Deputy Director Bullock, is romantically involved with Hayley. Caught in a dilemma, he refrains from intervening since he’s vying for a promotion at the CIA. Meanwhile, Steve stumbles upon Dick Cheney's BlackBerry and decides to have some fun by using the contacts inside to pull pranks on various political leaders across the globe.
