Plot: Grounded After a landslide obstructs the canal, Stinky and Dirty devise a clever method to transport Mighty the tugboat overland, ensuring he can deliver buoys to the harbor! Float On! When the buoys are swept out to sea, the large vessels are unable to enter the harbor—until Stinky and Dirty come to the rescue by crafting new buoys from discarded materials to guide the ships safely away from peril and into their docking spots.
