After Templeton receives a nomination for Animal Control Officer of the Year, Frank decides to take on the challenge of saving 24 animals within 24 hours. When Shred gets bitten by a kitten, Victoria takes over his duties. In the midst of this, Templeton schemes to undermine Frank's efforts, hoping to thwart his ambitious rescue mission.
