Bourdain embarks on a culinary journey through the diverse borough of Queens, New York. Riding the No. 7 train, he experiences the rich tapestry of global flavors, starting with morcilla (blood sausage) alongside Sean Basinski from the Street Vendor Project in Corona. He then explores Flushing's vibrant Chinese food scene with Himanshu Suri of the Swet Shop Boys. The adventure continues at the historic Neirs Tavern in Woodhaven, featured in GoodFellas, before enjoying a Tibetan meal at Llasa Fast Food in Jackson Heights. Bourdain also takes a side trip to Aqueduct racetrack with his co-author Laurie Woolever.
