Episode Overview
While investigating the abduction of a newborn, Joel and Fearless stumble upon an obstetrician's scheme to abduct infants from recovering addicts. As David prepares to enter rehab, he alerts Joel that the Internal Affairs Bureau is revisiting the case surrounding Emma's death. Tom successfully counters Trumper's efforts to pressure him into betraying Joel. Meanwhile, Kelly and Joel confront their shared grief over their daughter's passing, realizing that despite their guilt, they were powerless to prevent the cerebral aneurysm that ultimately claimed Emma's life.
