Shell made her way to G-Wing and immediately got involved with Fenner. Meanwhile, tensions flared between Denny and Snowball. Babs experienced a slight improvement in her hearing but chose to keep it quiet for Yvonne's sake. Al and Julie O'Kane were determined to frighten Di, who was too preoccupied with an argument with Neil to notice. However, a drawing on the bathroom door managed to catch her eye! Henry asked Babs a significant question. In a desperate move, Snowball took Karen hostage while using a gun to flee. Sylvia was devastated as she lost something incredibly dear to her.
