After receiving a check minus minus in citizenship, Otto finds himself grounded and unable to join the Rockets on their yearly surf trip to Baja. Faced with the possibility of spending the weekend with the Stimpletons, he wonders if Raymundo might show some compassion and allow him to participate in the adventure after all.
