Two former inmates are roaming the city, spreading a contagious strain of meningitis. When Willie comes into contact with the disease while performing mouth-to-mouth resuscitation on one of them, the remaining rookies are assigned the critical mission of tracking down the fugitives to prevent a potential outbreak.
