S01E01 Mel

Feeling isolated and overwhelmed, Mel is about to welcome her first child into the world without the support of the baby's father, who has opted to remain with his wife and children. Abandoned by her own family, who have turned their backs on her, Mel finds herself alone and struggling. Surprisingly, she seems to be the only one who doesn't mind the solitude, believing that everyone else can relate to her misery. As she prepares for the birth, she wrestles with the weight of her circumstances.
