Mr. Claypole and Hazel the McWitch face off in a contest to see who can come up with the most impressive invention. In the midst of their rivalry, Mr. Meaker gets turned into a sunflower, while Mr. Painting finds himself shrunk down in size. Meanwhile, the Perkins make the decision to relocate and distance themselves from the Meakers.
