During a charity event, Cliff participates in the Penn Relays alongside "Tailwind" Turner. As a twist of fate, he finds himself competing in the final leg against Olympic champion Valerie Brisco-Hooks, seemingly as retribution for last year's race. Josh Culbreath stars as Col.
