A young boy is plagued by terrifying nightmares involving Freddy. In an attempt to assist him, a psychiatrist steps in, but the help comes at a devastating price. At the same time, a determined cameraman is on a mission to prove Freddy's existence. Unbeknownst to him, Freddy has plans to deliver a harsh lesson in his signature style.
