Sydney joins forces with Renée, a wanted fugitive on the CIA's radar, to hunt down the killer of a dear friend before they can strike again. At the same time, Jack tries to convince a hesitant new recruit, Thomas Grace (Balthazar Getty), to join their mission. Meanwhile, Weiss grapples with a tough choice about accepting a promotion that would mean leaving his friends behind.
