We can’t help but wonder why she wasn’t allowed to confront them directly—it would have made for some captivating TV. Meanwhile, in the bedroom, Kim is still trying to keep her distance from Josh, treating the bed like a no-go zone and opting for the safety of the trenches. Although they finally spooned—since Josh is quite the expert at it—Kim completely shut down any chance of kissing him, despite his persistent attempts.
