Louise dedicates as much as thirty hours each week to keeping her home spotless. She heads to Portsmouth to assist Tim, who only tidies up his kitchen during Easter and Christmas. Meanwhile, Victoria encounters Lesley, who hasn't thoroughly cleaned her three-bedroom flat in almost nineteen years.
