Denise, who hails from Richmond, received her diagnosis of obsessive compulsive disorder in 2002. She has decided to step away from her own cleaning routine for four days to assist 82-year-old Frank, a retired British Aerospace engineer from Chipping Sodbury. Meanwhile, Linda has enlisted the help of hairdresser Adam, who travels to Buckinghamshire to lend a hand to Helen, who is overwhelmed by her mountain of clutter.
