During the yearly WOOHP picnic, the girls are taken aback when Clover receives the Most WOOHP-tastic Agent award for capturing Senor Starchy, a villainous dry cleaner with a plan to "straighten out the world." Overjoyed with her recognition and the accompanying benefits, Clover soon becomes overly confident, treating her fellow spies with disdain and expecting them to handle the tougher tasks on missions. Will the girls manage to maintain their friendship and teamwork amidst Clover's newfound arrogance? Meanwhile, a subplot unfolds as the girls reconnect with Dean during the picnic, stirring up old feelings.
