Clover, Alex, and Sam discover that Mandy, Caitlin, and Dominique have fallen victim to a sinister shampoo, transforming them into "spy-sassins" who have abducted the spies' mothers! The girls must figure out whether they can rescue their moms or if this is a cunning scheme designed to eliminate the spies once and for all.
