Tom and Helen go undercover, aiming to befriend the wife of a man suspected of being a committed racist to help avert a potential race war. At the same time, Zoe and Tessa discover that a large group of refugees is expected to arrive in Dover soon. Tensions rise when the undercover duo realizes these two situations might be linked, putting their identities at risk of exposure.
