This week, Kristen welcomes judges Tom and Gail for the Quickfire Challenge, where the chefs must creatively incorporate cranberries into their dishes. Following this, they enjoy a special meal crafted by renowned Indigenous chefs and guest judges Sean Sherman and Elean Terry. In the Elimination Challenge, the chefs face the task of designing contemporary dishes that exclusively utilize indigenous ingredients.
