The chefs journey to a mountain retreat a few hours from Los Angeles, where they face an outdoor grilling Quickfire challenge set by Padma and Kelsey Barnard Clark, the winner of "Top Chef" Kentucky. Before dawn breaks, the contestants must create an elegant brunch buffet for 200 mothers on vacation at the camp, utilizing a sparse pantry. To truly wow the moms, along with judges Tom, Padma, and Gail, as well as guest judge Brooke Williamson, the chefs will need to go beyond mere s’mores and campfire songs.
