The culinary contestants are challenged to whip up dishes from a peculiar assortment of ingredients and utensils concealed in gift boxes. Following this, they are tasked with crafting a classic Italian-American seafood feast, but with a twist—their main fish ingredient is a notoriously unpopular species. Guest appearances by editor Nilou Motamed and food enthusiast Mike Lata add to the excitement.
