The CSIs are confronted with a gruesome discovery when a woman is found devoured by a massive snake, leading to the unraveling of a clandestine drug trafficking scheme. Horatio and his team uncover that these giant snakes are being exploited to smuggle narcotics into the country, evading customs scrutiny. As the investigation unfolds, Horatio realizes that Clavo Cruz, a longtime adversary protected by diplomatic immunity, may be orchestrating the operation, prompting the team to seek a legitimate way to bring him to justice. Simultaneously, Wolfe faces a challenging case as two women each assert they are the true victim of identity theft, complicating the search for the real culprit.
