John finds himself increasingly irritated by the poor driving skills of those around him. Meanwhile, a college quarterback struggles with back pain. The duo learns that their former paramedic instructor has passed away just as they’re preparing to teach a CPR class. In another incident, a young boy gets trapped in a tree. Things take a turn at a hotel fire when they discover a cardiac emergency on the third floor, adding to the chaos of the situation.
