After suffering through a series of practical jokes, John decides it's time to get back at his tormentors. Meanwhile, a man suffers a serious injury when he falls from a tower. A woman pretends to be sick for her own reasons, while Dr. Early finds himself in a comical predicament when his stethoscope gets stuck in his ear. The arrival of a patient from a movie set signals the start of a botulism outbreak, and a young boy becomes trapped inside a condemned building, adding to the chaos.
